ウィリアムズ症候群の5歳児おいて、ステント留置術から7ヵ月後にステントが腕頭動脈から右総頚動脈へ遠位遊走した症例を報告する。留置から5年経過後も神経的後遺症はなく遊走したステントは大きく開存している。
