ウィリアムズ症候群は大動脈弁上狭窄症を合併しやすい希少遺伝子疾患である。循環器系異常以外にも、高カルシウム血症、発達遅滞、妖精用顔貌、気道確保の困難さなどが術前管理を多難なものにする。大動脈弓の感染性心内膜炎と偽動脈瘤形成の合併は稀である。本稿ではウィリアムズ症候群患者に合併した大動脈弓の偽動脈瘤と感染性疣贅の症例および、周術期管理における経胸壁心エコーの役割に関して報告する。
