ウィリアムズ症候群の重度大動脈障害は、最初に上行大動脈の病変として現れるが、すぐ直後の遠位部にも様々な通過障害が存在し、再治療を必要とするような再発を起こす。本シリーズでは、様々なアクセス法と灌流方針を組みあわせた初期の包括的な外科的アプローチによって優れた長期予後を実現した。
