ウィリアムズ症候群は重篤な循環器系症状を伴う希少病である。本稿では、孤発性右心室漏斗閉塞（isolated obstruction of the right ventricular infundibulum）を伴ったウィリアムズ症候群患者の症例を報告する。我々の知る限り、この合併症はこれまで報告されていない。
